Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

• The Spin and Win Wheel is open to all customers who sign up with a valid email address.
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of The Surfboard Warehouse, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Spin and Win Wheel.

Participation

• To participate, you must enter a valid email address on the Spin and Win Wheel signup page.
• Each participant is allowed one spin per email address.

1. Prizes

   • The prizes available in the Spin and Win Wheel promotion are as follows:
     1. Free Surfer Wax.
     2. Free Shipping for over $399, Exclusions apply.
     3. Free $50 Voucher when spending $500.

Prize Redemption

• Free Wax: Upon winning the free  surfers wax prize, a coupon code will be sent to the email address provided during signup. This code can be used at checkout to redeem the free wax.
• Free Shipping: Upon winning the free shipping prize, a coupon code will be sent to the email address provided during signup. This code can be used at checkout to waive the shipping fee. Please note that the shipping exclusions apply and all exclusion can be found here
• $20 off when spending over $200: Upon winning this prize, a voucher code will be sent to the email address provided during signup. This code can be used at checkout to receive a $20 discount on a minimum purchase of $200.
• $50 off when Spending $500: Upon winning this prize, a voucher code will be sent to the email address provided during signup. This code can be used at checkout to receive a $50 discount on a minimum purchase of $500.
• 30% off your order:   Upon winning this prize, a voucher code will be sent to the email address provided during signup.

Conditions

• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Each coupon or voucher code can be used only once and must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance.
• Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
• The Surfboard Warehouse reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

• By participating in the Spin and Win Wheel, you agree to receive marketing emails from The Surfboard Warehouse. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email.

Privacy

• Your privacy is important to us. We will not share or sell your email address or any personal information to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

General

• The Surfboard Warehouse reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless The Surfboard Warehouse and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Spin and Win Wheel or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
