Retail & Online Sales Supervisor – Auckland 

Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where you’ll lead, inspire, and drive success in a fast-paced surf retail environment? The Surfboard Warehouse is looking for a Retail & Online Sales Supervisor who thrives on exceeding expectations and creating memorable experiences for our community of surf enthusiasts!

Your Responsibilities:
As our Retail & Online Sales Supervisor, you’ll take on a range of tasks to support our mission:

• Lead the Store Team: Empower your team with leadership and ongoing development to meet daily store needs.
• Drive Profitability: Meet Retail  sales targets and  monitor labour-to-sales ratios.
• Sales & Marketing: Support in-store and online sales campaigns, along with local outreach efforts to connect with the surf community.
• Customer Service: Handle online sales admin, and provide stellar customer support via phone and email.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage rosters, complete reports, and maintain checklists to keep everything in check.

Retail & Warehouse Assistant Full Time and Part Time – Auckland

Join us at The Surfboard Warehouse and help bring Legendary Customer Service to our community! 

We’re looking for a motivated Retail  and Warehouse Assistant, who’s ready to exceed expectations, contribute to an awesome store vibe, and create REMARKABLE outcomes for everyone who interacts with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Assist customers with sales and enquiries, delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
• Sales and Operations: Work with your team to meet sales goals and operational targets.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet production goals and ensure customers are stoked with their purchases.
• Merchandising & Store Duties: Help keep our store looking top-notch, follow visual standards, complete checklists, and participate in training.
• Warehouse Tasks: Support inventory stocking, store transfers, and maintain the warehouse area.
• Health and Safety: Follow workplace health and safety guidelines and maintain compliance, reporting any issues to management.

Daily Duties:

• Sales transactions, POS use, laybys
• Customer order prep, including surfboard wrapping and dispatch
• Store transfers, audits, and general cleaning duties
• Answering phones and providing in-store support
• Safe loading/unloading of customer orders
