Free Shipping Terms and Conditions

The Surfboard Warehouse is pleased to offer Free shipping during promotional periods, with the following terms and conditions:

General Shipping Information

  • We ship New Zealand-wide; however, some exclusions and additional charges apply for rural and non-standard delivery areas.
  • Free Shipping cannot be used with other discount codes. 
  • Minimum cart value eligible for free shipping is $49.95

The Surfboard Warehouse ships New Zealand wide with a few exclusions, and additional charges on rural and out of normal serviced areas.  

Rural and Outer Islands (any island that isn't the North and South Island) may incur extra costs due to the nature of our products and the ability to get them to our customers. It is at our discretion with these terms that some orders may not be considered "free delivery"- in that case, we will contact you about covering the additional costs if they are not generated at checkout. Our friendly team are always happy to help get your products to you, so if you have any questions just get in contact. 

Hauraki Island's, Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Kauwau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island & d’Urville Island will incur additional costs. 

Free surfboard shipping applies to standard metro delivery. If the delivery address is rural or freight is calculated as higher at the time of dispatch, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or discuss a freight surcharge before shipping.

We operate in good faith that customers that live in hard to access and deliver to locations accept that there may be surcharges, because their address is out of practical scope for our delivery providers. 

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

We unfortunately do not ship orders to POBOX's. For smaller items we may be able to deliver to a POBOX if you let us know ahead of time however this is not guaranteed. There is no way to exclude POBOX's from shipping addresses at checkout so we will be in touch to ask for a business or residential address for orders. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
